Scope of Policy
This shipping policy applies exclusively to orders placed within India.

Processing Time

Dispatch Timeline: All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from our warehouse.
Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on the following Monday.

- One Day Deliver in Nagpur
- Maharashra : Delivery within 3-4 business days after dispatch.
- All Other States: Delivery within 4-6 business days after dispatch.
Standard Shipping
- Maharashtra: Delivery within 5-6 business days after dispatch.
- All Other States: Delivery within 6-8 business days after dispatch.

Delivery Costs

Delivery charges vary depending on your location.
Please refer to your order summary for specific delivery costs associated with each product.

Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to customer-related issues (e.g., incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package), the package will be returned to Shivalik Marketing at the customer’s expense.
The incurred shipping costs will be deducted from the order total before processing any refund.

Upon Receipt of Your Order

Deliveries are not made on bank holidays. Orders will be delivered on the next working day.
